She made headlines in 2016 as Nashville’s first Chief Data Officer, and helped to usher in a new perspective on civic engagement into Metro Nashville government operations. Robyn has hands-on experience with how technology affects data operations in a wide variety of organizational types. Aligning organizational activities with goals driven by data-informed decision making is Robyn’s raison d’être.

He is inspired by the passion that people have for using data to improve the quality of life.

He is co-founder of design thinking collaborative working group Design+Strategy based in Portland, Oregon since 2010. Sada believes in the power of design thinking to solve problems and provide a valuable perspective, where empathy, observation and iteration are key. She has led design thinking workshops for a variety of sectors from science to philanthropy, from rural municipalities to international tourism. She has facilitated groups ranging from small leadership teams to collectives of industry leaders.
She excels at building relationships and mobilizing groups to create impact. As a design strategist, she brings a systems thinking perspective to designing innovative solutions. With over 10 years of experience in business development, nonprofit management and network development, her innate curiosity paired with her collaborative nature drives her to seek out new challenges and enables her to nimbly shift from working with global non-profits to Fortune 500 companies, including Frontier Communications, 3M and Avery Dennison.
When she is not geeking out on all things design thinking, she’s an active member of the modern dance community in Portland, OR, where she lives with her husband and their 13-year-old blue heeler.

Professor Vijay Mehrotra serves as a professor of Business Analytics at the University of San Francisco, where he has recently developed an innovative module for his MBA students that is focused on Customer Success Management (the first such academic program in the world). He also leads the Business Analytics concentration within USF's MBA program and teaches courses in Business Analytics, Predictive Modeling, and Data Mining.
Since 1992, he has been active in the world of analytics, technology, management, and innovation. Prior to becoming a professor, he spent more than a decade working full-time in Silicon Valley as an analytics consultant, entrepreneur, and executive. Since 2010, his column “Analyze This!” has been published in every edition of Analytics magazine. In addition to his teaching and research, he regularly advises and invests in early-stage technology start-ups and consults with companies large and small on their use of data and models. In addition, he regularly performs as a public storyteller at venues across the San Francisco Bay Area.

Courtney is a systems thinker who is skilled at weaving narrative with technical content tailored to an organization's strategic goals.
Previously Courtney was Director of Content Strategy at Fastly, and before that Director of strategic content for O'Reilly Media, running 5 international in-person events attracting thousands of attendees, hosting a bi-weekly podcast, and managing a multi-disciplinary content team focused on cloud computing, infrastructure, DevOps, and security. I possess a mad scientist mix of editorial, oratorial, narrative, organizational, research, and strategic skills.

Solid project management fundamentals and analytics-based planning and measurement are the foundation of successful project delivery. He's advised and established collaborative project environments in a variety of industries including manufacturing, entertainment, health care, and public utilities. In 2013, he served as the program manager for the launch of the Silver State Exchange, the Nevada state exchange as part of the Affordable Care Act.
Currently Senior Advisor for Analytics and Program Management at Southern California Edison, Jay was previously a Development Director at Electronic Arts, Director of Planning and Portfolio Management at The Word & Brown Companies, and has consulted independently for major pharmaceutical companies, county governments, and educational institutions.
